Scott went right to work to diagnose and repair our refrigerator issue. Even thought the fridge wasn't making the loud noise when he arrived, he knew where to listen to the back of it and knew that a blower fan inside needed replaced. He was courteous and clean and respected our property around the refrigerator.

He was very thorough in his investigation of what was wrong with the ac.He found one thing wrong and then ended up taking off the top of the unit. Upon inspection he found the compressor had blown. I found him to be honest with his assessment. Very pleased with the job he did.
