Terrible experience. Do not use Sears. Way to long to post, but the gist is they came out and said what was wrong, ordered the parts to be delivered to our house and scheduled a date they would return. We then paid them in FULL for the parts, diagnostic fee and labor; and the work was never done. There was a disagreement between the technician that was supposed to come out and myself, and then he refused to come out. Sears has not refunded me the money for the labor, which is all I asked for; I was willing to pay for everything else. I have called numerous times and supervisors have "escalated" my complaint and request for refund to no avail. This has been going on for over two months. In the meantime, we had to get a separate company to come out and fix it, incurring another fee.

No one came. Second time and no one shows up. I waited all day for nothing. Didn’t even call or cancel ahead. 6 weeks without freezer. Not sure why anyone is using this company Technician Comments We do not service anything we can not get parts for

Tech was great was in and out quickly. But trying to reach someone is impossible no matter what option of buttons you press no never get to anyone. Now it's broken again, and saying can't come until Aug 16th. 10 days from now!

Never showed up. No call so I called my warranty company and they said they refused the job after I've been waiting 2 weeks for them while receiving texts they were coming. It's a big scam between them and the warranty company.

After telling the clerk what my problem was and what needed to be done, I entered the model number in the e-mail and thought that would be enough, The technician showed up on time, took the stove apart then told me what needed to be replaced. He didn't have the part with him so he would make another appointment. So another week or two to have my stove repaired. Not!!!

Terrible terrible terrible. If your home warranty sends these guys out to fix something be prepared for them to tell you it’s not covered because your appliance was misused or abused. For example. Imagine using your dishwasher the same way you’ve used every dishwasher over the past 30 years then a heating element warps. Yes warps and burns a hole in the tub. Obviously washing dishes on the racks is not how you’re supposed to use a dishwasher I guess because if you do then you’re misusing or abusing your dishwasher. So do not load your dishwasher, do not put soap in your dishwasher, do not turn your dishwasher on because you are abusing it. Can’t make this stuff up.

Had an appointment for 12/15 from 8 to 5pm. The technician didn’t show up and then lied and said they came and missed us at 5:44pm. We were home the whole time and they didn’t show up. They didn’t call or anything. It said my technician’s name was Sean who supposedly had 5 stars. I called the 800 number and they said they would leave a message for the technician to call me. They didn’t call me (big surprise). I called back later the same night and asked them to have the technician come the next morning and they left him that message. The next day, they had automatically rescheduled the appointment for 12/22 a week later! This is unacceptable! No call and no show? I thought Sears was a reputable company.
