Updated: Darryal is a fantastic repairman, who really knows what he is doing! He just completed my dryer repair, much more quickly than I expected. He is thorough and careful, pleasant and willing to explain. Excellent work, and a really nice man to boot. Very, very pleased with the service he gave us!

Overall rating

We are extremely happy with Scott’s knowledge and his whistle as you work attitude. We just wish he was our first experience. Took way too long to get our refrigerator repaired. Scott would have had it completed right away.

Darryal was our third technician to work with our refrigerator. In fact, he was the only one that went through and did a complete Diagnostic check of the whole refrigerator and found numerous problems that weren’t even identified by the prior technicians. Darryal Is an amazing technician and knew exactly what was going on with refrigerator order the parts and was able to go ahead and fix our fridge and freezer. Darryal’s Kind personality made him feel as if you were home and one of the family. For my next project I want Darryal! Awesomeness!!!

I wish I had Darryal on the first visit for this project. Darrell evaluated the refrigerator and all the functions and was able to order the parts too fix our refrigerator and freezer. He does amazing work and his kind personality made him feel like family. Amazing! For my next job I want Darryal.

Technicians great, but overall Sears customer service system sucks. No way to reach a customer representative to confirm appontments or ask questions. No one showed up on first appointmet day and was not notified that no one would until the evening of the day well after that day's 7AM to 6PM apointment window. Rather than rate the technicians, Sears should be asking people to rate overall customer satisfaction with their repair service. If you did you would get negative stars. The problem is not with the technicians, but with the overall desgn and functioning of their customer serve system. Would never use Sear again if I could avoid it. Problem will probably resolve itself since with if service continues at this level of dis-service, Sears won't be in business much longer.
