Our technician Alex was phenomenal. Came out two days ago, ordered the necessary AC parts while still in our driveway, called us immediately when they didn't come in on time, and still somehow showed up in the original window. Really sweet guy, great communicator, and prompt. 11/10.

They were not timely at all. I made my service request and scheduled a time and they pushed us back in time slot 2 hours at a time and finally arrived a day and a half later. If you desire quik service this is not the company for you.
