Workmanship appears to be good and refrigerator is working properly. How we he was one hour and twenty minutes late after speaking with us and giving us an arrival time. Then charged us for excess time to make repair.

No onen Is perfect except god and Jesus so I'll give him a 3 he did what he could bring as he didn't have a tool he needed to perform the test necessary to determine if the heat exchanger was truly cracked or not

Technician was on time. Quickly went to work. Said what the issue was and "fixed" it. When he left we went to run a load of laundry and there was no change. Washer still didn't work. Can't speak to a human, referred by ai to use website.

Our technician, Darryl, was great. Everything else was subpar. They do everything through AI now which messed up our scheduling and was difficult to work with. They also advertise through a company that is called something like "USA repairs" but it leads you straight to Sears, which is misleading. I'm sure AI will respond to this...
