This is the same repair I had done 3 months ago so I doubt it will be a long term solution, however, they were friendly and did a nice job.

The technician was wonderful ! I wish I knew his name. He fixed the problems without a hitch and it’s been working good since. My only reason for giving 4 stars rather than five is how long it took to get it fixed! It’s summer time and regardless of time of year I told them I NEED ice for autoimmune diseases as well as drinking. So it’s been a rough couple months leading up to the excellent service I received from the person that actually fixed the problem. Ice is back after a few days and feeling much cooler and hydrated!!

Technician was wonderful when got here. Sears schedule SUCKS!!!! Had 8-12 appointment window. He came hours late because of how he said was sent all over the place and other calls added on which pushed us back outside of the window. So window was a joke. Wasted my whole day waiting for tech and app kept supplying different times throughout the day. He knows that this is a major problem. He took it upon himself to call in morning, but still couldn't expect that they would add more calls and push us back more. So technician was 5, but customer service was a 1 or 2.

I was mostly pleased by the service we received for our Samsung refrigerator. The problem was quickly diagnosed and fixed. No new parts were needed. Service technician was friendly and presented himself well. I did find a small gouge underneath one of the bottom drawers that I ad not seen previous to this service. No doubt it happened while trying to remove ice. I wish he had mentioned this before leaving. Overall, good experience.
