Absolutely horrible. We've been dealing with sears for 3 weeks and still have a broken appliance. They did come for the initial assessment and order parts ($900 that we paid), but have since no showed 4 times and we've had to call another repair company. Now we are struck trying to return the parts (which we owe shipping on) and get our money back. It's been an absolute nightmare and I would NEVER use them again. I would give negative stars if that was an option. Responding to owner: Have spent hours on the phone with customer service in a futile attempt to rectify. Mr. Appliance has now fixed the issue...

Terrible experience. Service was not completed. I had Sears come out to repair my ice maker. Technician diagnosed problem, ordered parts and schedule a date to return to install. I paid approximately $800.00 in full. Parts were delivered to me. Another technician came out, said refrigerator had to be moved out to install, scheduled another date to return. Same technician called AM of appt, leaving message he'd be there between 8 and 12 noon. Did not show or call (despite me calling him to inquire as to if he was still coming / was he running late) until 1:40. We argued over phone about his insconsideration and he refused to come out. I had to get another company to come (who by the way said the fridge did not need to be moved out) and I incurred another fee. I have tried to get a refund for labor only; I am fine with paying initial diagnostic fee and parts, to no avail. I have called numerous times in the last 2.5 months and supervisors have 'escalated' complaint, still, to no avail. They owe me approxiately $450.00. Do not use Sears and if you do, don't pay labor until work is done!

No text no call not doing what they say and sears cancel again. There are people at the house both days. Back yard if not front. No texts received Think bots screw up everything and can’t get a human. Last 2 numbers of phone 31 but betting sears has wrong.

I tried to call 4 times yesterday. After 5 minutes talking to the computer and then over 15 minutes on hold on each call I reached a person one time. She put me on hold saying that she was not going to transfer me until I had another real person to talk to. 15 minutes later, I hear a click the next sound I hear is a computer saying please give me your phone number so we can get started. I told the computer 10 times what my phone number was and every time I my response was I do not understand. You also do not have an option to talk to a customer service representative which I think is very poor business. I originally had you out here on the 25th of October to replace the compressor in my refrigerator. The repairman weren't a place on my tile and when he put the refrigerator back into place pinch the hose that went to the ice maker. Yesterday the hose that was crimped flooded my whole kitchen. I paid you over $1,400 to fix the refrigerator now I had to pay another company another $157 to fix the hose and now I will have to pay at least 3 to $4,000 to have the water remediated damage fixed. I don't feel this is very good service and I can't afford this kind of shenanigans.
