Mark was very thorough! Professional, let me know everything that was going on. He cares about his job and he cares about the people he is servicing. Employers should consider themselves lucky when they get employees such as those like Mark. He's an invested individual who cares about the work he performs. That's rare to find these days and customers like myself more than appreciate it. Honestly, I wanted to offer him a coffee or something before he went to his next stop but he cared so much about getting to his next stop and how behind he was I didn't want to inconvenience him either.
