Stephen is a skilled technician. He knew what he was doing. In minutes he had the problem solved. He gives great advice on remedies that will not hurt your pocketbook. He gave me a quote for the repair but also gave me an alternate to make repair my self. What this country needs is more people like Stephen who is not bent on seeing someone spend a lot of money for their benefit.

Danny was great, I still have a problem though

Danny was very friendly and was able to identify the problem. But now that there is a load in the washer it's doing it again. The back metal plate that covers the back of the washer is bent and it's scrapping against the drum. He tried straightening it out. And when he left it was fine but now that I have a real load in the washer it's making the noise again. I'd like someone to bring a replacement plate or come back out to try and fix it again please. I already paid for this to be fixed.
