Sean was thorough and nice. I didn't have a problem with him but I feel you should post a phone # when you are dispatched not a text message with no way to reply. Giving a 12 hr time table is ridicules. It should be 3 to 4 hr at most!!

Great service he couldn't fix the problem but he found out what the problem was and told me what I needed to do. He also showed me the right way to turn off the breaker to my dryer. He was very patient and also explained to me how to properly clean out my dryer!
