Our technician that was here today did an excellent job. It is very obvious that he knows what he's doing and has done this particular task many times. He's a technician you definitely want to hold on to.

It was a pleasure having Danny as our tech. He is pleasant and mannerly. He knows his job and does it well. The one thing I didn't like is your AI device. It is not as accurate with setting up the day as it needs to be. It was quite inconvenient for us. It needs an upgrade or different method.

Scott has worked with us before. He goes out of his way to take care of our needs. In this instance, instead of ordering a part causing us to go without a refrigerator for several days, he drove to the distribution center and picked up the part so we could have our refrigerator back and working asap. Always delightful and professional. You need to clone him.
