Mark is the one who everyone else is measured against. He replaced our dishwasher tub, and our dishwasher works perfect. Not many are able to pull that off.

The proof will be when we wash our sheets. This is when the washer went crazy with the wobbling. Service man great. Passing the buck: I thought the washer has a warranty. Sear said the repairman would lete know. The repairman said to call Sears. Repairman did not arrive until about 5:38PM. We waited all day. Next time, give a 4-hour window.
