Really enjoyed Phillip. Told me how to make sure the dishwasher stayed clean and unstopped. Very knowledgeable. Very friendly and helpful.

Allan was very professional and completed the job leaving behind no mess. Not sure why it was up to me to dispose of all the parts and the boxes the parts came in, but I did. Actual repair was supposed to occur last week, but nobody showed up between 8-5, with no call on the date or the next day. It was impossible to get in touch with anyone at A&E and when I did they didn't really care that I had to wait another week for the repair to be performed.
