Allan was very helpful, positive and polite. However, the company VRU never allows you to speak with someone. If there is an issue for appointment, it only lets you change or cancel. We had a no-show appointment and had to get back into touch through American Home Sheild. You need someone to answer questions.

Very knowledgeable and good at explaining what was needed. Set clear expectation as what would happen next as well as the timing. The only disappointment was the 300 charge for labor when he was only here for 20 minutes to make the repair.
