Scott fixed our refrigerator problem quickly and competently. Good technician. He told us about the home warranty. So far, it's been of great value. Our house is at the stage where appliances start having minor issues. The warranty is a big help. Thanks!

Dissatisfied with time to get service 3weeks .found out that previous service guy forgot to turn on fan in refrigerator and lost food,insulin, had to buy used refrigerator to use. Spent hundreds of dollars. Not reimbursed for it. Supervisor was to call me never happened. Potential future buyers not buying now .they seen poor service.

He was very knowledgeable, & explained everything to me. Was nothing HE could do because of the set up of the burners. Was going to turn down the gas flame, but couldn't because it would have kept it from lighting at all.
