Works like a charm
It turned out that I got educated as to the water filling cycle. The washer works better than I thought, as it continued to fill in increments. I also learned what I might purchase in the future. Good visit. Thank you.

Ethan was one of the best service people I have ever spoken with! Not many would take the time to get to the root of the problem and help me to see that my machine wasn't broken… I just didn't understand how to use it properly. This is rare and such a gift! What a great human! My faith in Sears Service could not be stronger… to the point that all of my appliance needs will now come from Sears!

Bryan arrived early…that was appreciated. He diagnosed the problem and had the part he needed so the repair went well. He was very careful with our floor….used a mat to slide the stove out from the wall. He let me clean back there while he did the billing. He was patient to show me what went wrong and explain it as he showed me the damaged part. There were only good things to say about Bryan. Thanks.

Chris does an excellent job in a professional and friendly way. I do have a complaint about Sears Service. You send multiple texts about date of service appt. However, not having any idea of time we are stuck waiting all day. Last Monday I waited all day for a tech and none showed; no message all that day nor the day after. The tech knows his daily schedule at 8 AM and could let us know an approximate time or at least a time range.
