5 stars for the technician, 1 star for communication from Sears. They gave me a 4 hr window, but when tech arrived (before the actual window), he didn't realize it was going to be a 2 hr repair. I rushed home to be there to greet him, but then he took his lunch and came back. Sears needs to improve communication to the technician of their jobs prior to arrival.

Bryan came to fix my dishwasher. He really knew what he is doing! It did not take him very long to diagnose what parts were broken. He ordered the parts and he returned to install them. My dishwasher works wonderfully! My only complaint is the length of time between calling that I needed service getting the tech here and actually having my dishwasher up and running again. That's not the tax problem. It's the corporate problem. You need to fix that. I don't know if I would buy another warranty for that very reason. My tech was outstanding, friendly, and did a great job! Five stars!
