Gregg was on time, couteous, went straight to work, found the problem to be the lower element was burned out, had one in the vehicle, installed it, corrected the temperature which l advised was running too hot. And one more important thing. He didn't smell like a cologne factory which l appreciate due to migraine sensitivities. GOOD JOB SEARS, hold on to this good worker,

Reson Z did the best he could with replacing basically all the parts of my freezer , but it's clear this model wasn't worth the $$ I paid. Explained every step including troubleshooting and parts being replaced, and worked with customer service on the phone to ensure the mistakes the previous "service tech" did were not repeated.

Scott did an excellent job in diagnosing our refrigerator problem and fixing it. Lucky for us, he had the needed part in his truck. He spent some time explaining what happened and what he was doing to fix it. He learned well from his training.

When he arrived the problem we were experiencing was gone (water not pumping out). He took the pump apart and found a foreign object in the bottom of pump. Reassemble and tested, worked good. Thanks
