The technician was great. The company (Sears) was terrible to work with. No communication, no updates, appointments cancelled at the last minute, and you will NEVER be able to speak with a live person. This had gone on for almost a month to repair my microwave.

Todd F is a great tech. I give him a 5+. Waiting from8-5 on tech should be different. Some people cannot afford to take off work all day waiting on a tech to come out.
