Our GE washer has required several visits. The Technicians have all been friendly, and informative. Marc has been here more than once. The AI service has improved with notifications and updates significantly since January of this year.

Dryer repair
I had a very good experience with Todd and the Sears service. I was able to schedule a timely appointment and Todd arrived right on time. It was an easy diagnosis..a broken belt as I suspected. He ordered the belt on Wednesday and came on Friday to install it. My only complaint was the price…seemed quite a bit for a belt…but thankfully I have a home warranty that covered it….would've used them if I didn't have the warranty.

Repair Part Installation
Replacement part received ahead of schedule. Todd called to be sure that someone was at the residence and made the installation ahead of the original schedule. Washing machine is working beautifully.

Washer Repair
Sears technician was very thorough and identified problem (repair part was ordered promptly). He also provided all of the advanced notices of his scheduled arrival as committed. However, I was very frustrated with Sears before the technician was assigned. The lack of a HUMAN to answer customer questions is very frustrating. Without the human representative at America Home Shield, I do not know how I would have had my questions answered to be sure that there was a person at the reidence and that Sears had the correct contact information.

Don't get me started on the booking process of Sears, but once that was all settled the actual experience was terrific. Todd ruled. Would use again, even though I try to use local companies, god dang it was tough finding someone to fix a wall mounted oven
