He didnt want to be here so he made sure he wasn't here long kept asking for things chair, cleaner, papertowel ect u were here 5 mins u ain't even did no work yet and surprised to see lint in a dryer he was pretty worthless left my dryer in pieces everywhere apart of it was in front of my frig this was a terrible experience

Techs were nice. However, took 4 trips to fix the issue. All Seats gives you is, 'Will be there between 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.'. then the day of repair, you get a message 30 to 60 minutes before they show up. Four trips above, plus a video conference THEY scheduled, BUT THEN RESCHEDULED for another day AT THE EXACT TIME THE CALL WAS SCHEDULED FOR. What all that means is 5 days set aside waiting for them to come. I don't put that on the techs. I call out the company for completely inadequate scheduling that I have to sit around all day waiting. And if you think you're going to call somebody to address this issue, guess again. They make it next to impossible to contact anybody in person. And, it's not even that easy to schedule the service call to begin with.

I’m only halfway through my repair and I’m not happy at all. I was told my dryer needed the heating element replaced. I paid 600 for the repair and it was schedule for tomorrow. One week from the initial service. My dryer was torn apart and left in pieces. So I couldn’t even use it for air dry. Today, I get an email that my service is rescheduled for another week out. Apparently the part that Amazon next day delivers hasn’t even shipped yet. SMH I tried to call to speak with a human to find out why. Why can’t sears get this part in and i just get AI assistance and told no live agents are available. No offer to place me on hold, which means they have no one to handle these things. No actual customer support. So I gave them my money and I am left without a dryer for two weeks now. What happened to next day service they advertise. It’s not like my dryer is that old and parts are unavailable. It’s less than 6 years old.

Repair guy was great but sears warranty service is AWFUL. 7 reschedules before it was fixed and AI is the closest you get to a human.

The repair was easy, an done right, but the parts were here 22 days before the repair was done. Sears will never do any work for me again!

Did not fix the issue. We were told we needed a new pump. We sent over $600 dollars on this repair. The repair person apparently did not check to see if it actually fixed the problem and we are still receiving the same error. Message. We need this made right!!!

When scheduling you are given the choice of a 4 hour window in which a tech will come out to your house. My appointment was rescheduled two days in a row after I took off time from work to be home to wait for the tech. The tech finally showed up on the third day. He turned on my dryer for less then 2 minutes. Opened the door and scanned the barcode with the serial number. Then told me a part was broke and it would cost me $700 for the repair. He never took anything apart or looked at the back of the dryer to give him any indications of what was broke. I googled how much the part would be to buy outright and was quoted around $75. The tech as at my house less than 5 minutes in and out. I was very dissatisfied with Sears for this service and will not be using them in the future again!
