This review ONLY has to do with Joseph, the repair man. He was AMAZING. The rest of the company and experience was the WORST customer service I’ve had in my life. Sears gets a 0 out of 10. You can’t ever get ahold of anyone. They use an AI answering service that is absolute garbage. Collin the repairman actually was YouTubing videos in our garage on how to replace the compressor and then still broke the new one as it was going in. We went 2 full weeks with no refrigerator. Best Buy sub contacts this company out because Best Buy’s warranty covered EVERYTHING in and on the refrigerator BUT the compressor. Make that make sense.

When I called Sears, I was able to get an appointment the very next day. The repairman was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything to my satisfaction. Our dryer is 15 years old so with the cost of the repairs, we decided to replace it with a new one. I would definitely recommend your services.

Our Refrigerator is a Kenmore and is 26 years old. It's still like new. We needed a part to replace a water valve to regulate the water that goes to the ice maker. The repairman fixed it in 10 minutes. Great job and friendly technician.
