Mr. Dickerson was very thorough in his evaluation of our refrigerator and freezer. We really appreciate him coming through and explain it to us what needed to be done to fix it and how much the repairs would cost we appreciate everything Mr. Dickerson did to help us. decide what he’s gonna do about our refrigerator.

He arrived when he said he was, installed the parts provided, and fixed the washer. He also showed us how to get rid of the “sour water” smell. He did a very fast and professional job.
