I had an outstanding experience with my Sears technician! He was prompt, professional, and had an excellent personality that made the service visit pleasant from start to finish. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my washing machine, ordered the needed part, and explained everything clearly. I especially appreciated how thoroughly he cleaned up the work area before leaving—it looked even better than when he arrived! It’s rare to find someone so efficient, courteous, and detail-oriented.
