Called the day of the appointment and pretty much knew what was wrong and picked up the parts that was needed and came and installed them! Furnace works great!

Tech was the best service person I have ever experienced and had in my home. Alerted us when he was on his way, explained everything in detail, ordered the parts and scheduled the next appointment to install the parts. I hope in the future if I ever need service again that he will be the tech they send.

Ron has to be the nicest service man and most considerate person for service I have ever known. He is a very considerate person of a homeowner by sending a text and giving you an estimated time when he would arrive.

He wasn't able to repair my washer because it cost too much. He was very nice and recommended some things to look for when buying a new one.

They were curtius and keep me informed on arrival time. Ended up with 2 service people neither one had worked on my appliance before. Did not get fixed.

The tech deserves higher, but my fridge is still making noise. It is quieter, but it needs something done with the motor. It needs replaced or the fridge needs replaced. It is less than a month old. He also stated that it had water in an ice maker line. My fridge doesn’t have an ice maker. I don’t even have a water line to hook up an ice maker up.
