The tech deserves higher, but my fridge is still making noise. It is quieter, but it needs something done with the motor. It needs replaced or the fridge needs replaced. It is less than a month old. He also stated that it had water in an ice maker line. My fridge doesn’t have an ice maker. I don’t even have a water line to hook up an ice maker up.

I was told I would only get 20% off this refrigerator repair because I called to make the appointment on day 29 and needed to make it on day 30. I was charged $385.00 for a fan. The way I found out about this service contract was when I tried to find a repair person. I will not recommend anyone for this service. The appointment was 17 days latter do I get to charge them for me having to wait with no refrigerator. Bruce M Dorzey

I am very disappointed in the Sears service. Your technician was arrogant and not very good. He misdiagnosed my icemakers problem, leaving it still broken. Not only that he completely missed two appointments so for two days I wiped out my entire day waiting for someone who didn’t show up. Not only that after putting in parts that weren’t needed he didn’t turn the water to the icemaker on which left my refrigerator without water as well leaving me with no ice. I will never use Sears again taking your phone number out of my directory. And I would advise other people to never use your service. The worst I’ve ever seen.

I am not very happy with Sears appliance repair because the guy cut showed up but refuse to look at the refrigerator I have called four times to get somebody to come out and see if my refrigerator can be fixed so right now I would give you an F

I contacted Sears on Manday for an appliance repair. it was scheduled for Wednesday May 7th, technician was a no call no show. Sears rescheduled for Friday. No call no show. Unacceptable to have customers take two days off and no call no show. Avoid the se people. They will not deliver as promised

I waited over a month for my refrigerator to be fixed after they canceled my service due to a computer error. It is nearly impossible to speak to a person on the call service line. I pay for the warranty program and having to wait this long to get anything done is very poor customer service. The serviceman who cam was was very professional and if I was rating him- 5 stars. But overall I am very dissatisfied with the promptness of service and customer relations.

These people will do absolutely nothing. They will waste your time. If they give you an appointment window don’t expect them to show up. I took a day off work to be here for the appointment. Go elsewhere for appliance repair needs. If you lowes warranty schedules them, deny the claim and reschedule till you get A-1 appliance repair. Much better people. Update to this review. I kept my appointment when them. So far the have cancelled July 5th, July 15th and rescheduled again for the 27th. They absolutely do not give a darn if they service you or not. What an absolute joke a company! My washer has been fixed by A1 and is working. Im just seeing if they ever show up at this point. I’m betting they don’t!

Never showed up and charged my credit card a dollar, which they said they just needed a card on file. I know it's just a dollar but they never even called and now I can't get ahold of them buyer beware!!!!!!
