Rich the repair man was professional and knowledgeable! Unfortunately your call center team and scheduling process as well as, constant rescheduling of my appointment was a source of frustration and very unprofessional. I will avoid purchasing a warranty product in the future since it took 4 weeks of rescheduling to get a service man out. I had already had the repair done at my own cost before your tech arrived. Who wants to wait that long for a repair.
