My initial review was very poor because my $750 parts and labor did not fix my LG refrigerator on the first visit and it was impossible to get a person to speak to for several hours and about 15 attempts on the phone the following day. However, once I was able to speak to a person they kinda admitted they replaced the wrong part so ordered a different part and repaired my fridge a week later at no charge. This still was longer than I had hoped to be without a working fridge and many more days calling out from work but they came through in the end. Specifically, Joseph was incredible kind, patient, knowledgeable, and professional!

Jason was the best tech who ever came to my house!! He was kind courteous and respectful! He was extremely knowledgeable and made sure he went above and beyond to fix the issue! He suggested it was not fixable due to all the issues I’ve had ! Honest to the end! Hopefully everyone gets a great tech who knows there job!!!!

Service Technician was polite, cleared some ice, showed me how to make sure the ice maker is on. Two hours after service call, my fridge started making noise, no ice, warmer than usual air from back of fridge.
