Rich the service tech did a great job. A&E business needs work done. You cannot call them and reach a person. I have a home warranty. I also have a stacked washer and dryer. They will not remove dryer, I realize this is a problem with the warranty company also. I am trying to work on the problem. What good is a policy that I have to remove something to get it fixed. I would understand if it was a built in. That would be like getting a brake job but I have to remove the wheels.

Pleasant and even though he could not find the screws the other technician left behind, Kevin had some and the freezer is cooling. Will see in a week or so if holds up! Thank you.

Dishwasher is now not working again -not fixed -glad I waited almost 3 months for this warranty appt -3 months -stopped during the cycle like it did before Glad I paid so much money for an extended warranty

Horrible customer service. Girl claimed she couldn’t give us anyone higher up, or a phone number, even tho the tech guy did a no call no show twice on us. We’ve been without a washer for over a month due to him doing no shows or canceling and rescheduling.

The worst experience I have ever had. They have no cancelled my appointment 6 times the day of appointment. Terrible experience. There is not even people to talk to directly to get the problem solved either. I would give a negative 5 stars here if I could. Updated: the owner told me to call the number he listed in the response. I have called that number at least 5 on multiple occasions and the customer service folks telling me that they cannot schedule the service until the part arrives.. the part arrived at my house a week ago and have been rescheduled twice since! I’ve had to taken multiple days off from work to stay at home just to wait for no one to show up from Sears. Just today alone I was supposed to have a service call sometime from 8-5. I called at noon to get an update and they said someone will be there. Then I called back at 4:30pm and they said someone will be there. Same thing happened on Monday. Now I’m rescheduled for Thursday and have been doing this song and dance now for 4 weeks!!!!!!!! It doesn’t get much worse than this from a customer perspective. The website doesn’t communicate with dispatch or the shipping of the parts. I shouldn’t have to keep calling to prompt the service team to come finish my service! Ridiculous. More then happy to talk to the owner on the phone if you want to call me
