Rich was arrogant and said to my husband maybe your wife doesn’t know how to do laundry. Really!!!

Worst service ever. The technician visited and ordered a new part, came again in 2 weeks and replaced the part and said wait for 24 hours for a full cycle but it’s still not working and now not responding to calls nor providing service

Stay clear of Sears Home Service. Horrible service. Sent me wrong parts for my freezer then needed to schedule a repair expert for $99+. They give you window of 8am-5pm. You can speak to no-one, everything controlled by app. Notified via app they were coming at 11:14am, then 3pm. Time kept changing further out. Just received call that they need to reschedule for a month out as scheduled technician was not experienced with refrigerators. Had to leave memorial service early. Beyond furious that a company like this can even exist!

Awful service! Came 1st time and ordered part, then part came and he was supposed to install a month later, when he came he barely knocked and left before we got to door! Had to wait another month for him to come to just tell us he didn’t need to install that part? And to call him back if we needed him. Each time I made arrangements for somebody to be at home for the repair appointment and never got repaired!!
