Louis came up and did a wonderful job putting in my compressor in my refrigerator. He saved me ffom having to worry about my food because I had an appointment yesterday and Sears canceled it at the last minute. He saw my name on the list this afternoon and took the job because the person that was supposed to come over to do it canceled. Louis deserves a round of applause👏👏👏 It is now five days after my new compressor has been put in the refrigerator. My refrigerator is as hot as an oven! I tried contacting Sears Friday with no luck. They had a technician help me over the telephone. Saturday and Sunday they were closed so you couldn’t even leave a message. Monday I called up, spoke to a woman in the morning who promised me she would have a manager call me. When I called back at 3:30 in the afternoon because no one called me,, I was informed their computer system was down. I have had a partial working refrigerator since March 1, and a no working refrigerator since March 14! What’s wrong with this picture and Sears Service operation? I just got an email stating that they have 24/7 emergency Appliance Repair! Where? Certainly not at my house. I am totally disgusted.

Nazim was an excellent technician , called to confirm the appointment, fixed my fridge. But I don't like sears customer service. No one to answer phone calls . Canceled my appointment 2 times without without calling me. I took off 2 days of work. But no one showed up.
