The repair timing kept getting pushed back, not the repair person's fault - was very late (2 hrs past the window) but he did a great job and was very efficient, and clear.

Repairman Mr Desmond called and let me know exactly what time he would arrive. He diagnosed need for new transmission and clutch for my old Kenmore washing machine. Ultimately I decided to purchase a new machine, rather than pay more than $800 for parts and labor. Mr Desmond was patient and took time to address all my concerns during his visit.
