Kevin did a great job. He made sure my washing machine was up and running. He checked all parts & pumps for leaks as well as the machine cycles to make sure they were running correctly. He also installed the motor panel. Kevin was very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend him. Good customer service.

My technician was top of line, he explained every thing was neat and clean during the repair. Left both appliances in perfect working order. I would gladly have him back again for repairs.

I hesitate to praise him because I did it almost a month ago for that technician & the same problem appeared again. This technician pulled the fridge completely away from the wall & used a bottle with a syringe & hot water to clear out the ice on the freezer floor. Hopefully I won’t have the same problem again..🙏 unfortunately the next morning the freezer floor was filled with ice. Had to call again. Robison came & made some adjustments. Hopefully this will work. Otherwise you’ll get another call from me.
