Robenson was great - fast, competent, and knowledgeable. However, given how quick the repair was- about 45 min - plus one small part, I question why the price needs to be so exhorbitantly high....

Julian was on time, knew his stuff, found the problem and successfully replaced a failed sensor to fix our washer , also helped diagnose our dryer which will need some follow-up work on its venting. Tx much Julian!
