Kevin, the technician from sears fixed our electric stovetop with the utmost professionalism. From the moment I opened the door he was courteous, polite, and very transparent with his work and suggestions. He was an easy to talk with person who is one of the most knowledgeable people I've met in any profession. I'd wish for his service again any day. Kevin is a top notch individual.

He was excellent, very polite and respectful. explained what he was going to do clearly and was able to repair our microwave without removing it in a very timely manner. We are very pleased.

Replace condenser in freezer side and door seal on refrigerator side. Had two visits. First one determined problem and ordered parts. Second one replaced the parts. All under extended warranty. Very pleased.

Repair person was knowledgeable, neat, and timely. Who could ask for more? Kenmore elite refrigerator needed a new fan. Called Sears Home Services and problem was diagnosed over the phone. Repair part was delivered next day. Two days later fridge was repaired. Very satisfied with service. Hope Kenmore Elite needs no more repairs as it is only two years old!!!!

The repair man was very courteous. He thoroughly inspected the appliance to find the problem and was able to fix it. He cleaned up everything once he was finished. I could not have been more pleased with the service.
