I was very impressed with the service provided. The communication was excellent, with a reminder of my appointment date and a notification from Luis M. when he was on his way to my home. Luis thoroughly checked my refrigerator, adjusted the temperature for both the freezer and the main compartment, and even vacuumed the dust from the back and front of the fridge. He also recommended that my husband and I clean the dust at the bottom of the refrigerator every six months. We greatly appreciated his patience and were very satisfied with the quality of his work.
