The repair service was excellent. The two technicians were able to do something they thought would be impossible and had not been successful with repairs elsewhere. They demonstrated excellent skill and patience. Their work was excellent. The problem was with the poor design of the Kenmore washer unit. Internal bearings on a capital purchase like a Washer/Dryer unit shouldn't give out after only 2 years unless there was a manufacturing defect. I will never again purchase a large appliance unit with only a single year warrantee.

Repair rep was very knowledgeable about the treadmill, even though we bought it 20 years ago! He tinkered with it a bit to get the belt moving but was very honest about the cost of repair. So it works for now, and when it finally kicks the bucket, we will buy a new one at, where else, Sears!

Friendly, courteous guy came to check the washer and dryer. We did not interact a whole lot, but he did his work in a reasonable amount of time and everything checked out ok.

We needed a repair to the dishwasher we had purchased at Sears some years back. We made an online reservation for service, and received an appointment for the morning of the very next business day. The repairman, Mark, was knowledgeable, competent and courteous. He not only made the repair, he advised us on how to avoid a similar problem in the future. I give him and the Sears Appliance Repair service the highest rating!
