We needed a repair to the dishwasher we had purchased at Sears some years back. We made an online reservation for service, and received an appointment for the morning of the very next business day. The repairman, Mark, was knowledgeable, competent and courteous. He not only made the repair, he advised us on how to avoid a similar problem in the future. I give him and the Sears Appliance Repair service the highest rating!

A big thank you to the technician and to Sears for the excellent service we received. The tech who came out for the washer also serviced (annual servicing) a number of other appliances. He was both knowledgeable and courteous and went out of his way to answer all of my many questions. We're happy to be dealing with a company like Sears.
