The sears technician quickly determined problem and ordered part to be installed. There were two previous visits by a non sears technician that did not resolve problem.

The technician is very knowledgeable of his job and very professional. I was so impressed with his work that I asked if he could always come whenever I have problem, he said he has no problem coming but that he works for sears, so I must go through sears. I said yes of course that I was just asking if I can request for him. He gave me he first name and not his last name. It took him less than 30mins to fix what your contractors have been trying to fix for three month. He deserves a raise or promotion. Thank you.
