Worse service repair ever, job not done Bad attitude from repair Company work for sears and they care less

I had a minor leak and after the technician replaced 2 parts, he made the situation much worse. I now have a puddle forming in front of the dishwasher every time I run it. He was more interested in being able to use my bathroom that fixing my dishwasher problem.

Had a Kenmore Elite dryer for 9 years (which isn't that long). It stopped working and it took 3 weeks for someone to come out and tell me the part doesn't exist anymore so I'm out of luck (the tech was a nice guy at least). I bought a competitor's dryer and I will NEVER do business with Sears ever again!!!!!

The technician revealed by phone before the scheduled appointment that the particular problem with my refrigerator could not be corrected. Several earlier attempts over 3 years (the problem only occurs during summer) were not effective either. My refrigerator runs constantly, on the highest setting, but drips condensation continuously from the ceiling. I demanded that the appliance be replaced, but was told that multiple repairs must be made within a six month period. Since my problem only last 2-3 months, the warranty/contract does not apply. BEWARE!

After being charged more than was first described to me by phone and not repairing the original problem....I will not be using Sears Repair service again and will think twice before using my Sears CC!

IT took 4 visit to get Dyer repaired and Its Still not drying. I had to make another appt. Damn shame use to de a good store.

Although the repair was ultimately made, it took 10 days to get the appoint. Poor service from what used to be a dependable source.

the repair guy was fine. sears came to my house to fix a Kenmore product but couldnt figure out the model. waste of time and $125 bucks.Never ever will i use Sears for any service or product again.
