On May 8, a technician came to check a washing machine, he ordered parts charged me $467.83 after he left; turn on the machine was working . Tried to cancel the order did everything, still have not happened. On top of that, I received parts for the washer in a big box. I can't get anyone in the phone I don't know where to return these parts I'd like to have my money back.

I booked an appointment for an urgent leak with my refrigerator 3 weeks in advance. I was able to piece together a temporary solution for the leak during that 3 week period. The window for the appointment was 8 am - 5 pm, which already was inconvenient. The day of the appointment, I was informed that the technician couldn't even make it until after 6 pm, outside of my availability. I called multiple times to escalate the request, and my appointment kept getting pushed back, instead of pulled forward. I was forced to reschedule the appointment, and was told that the next earliest availability was 2 weeks out. I ended up having to cancel the appointment completely and book a brand new appointment with a different company. DO NOT use Sears Home Services for appliance repairs. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Didn't show up - twice in a row! Scheduling app was awful. No method to speak to a live person, confirm the appointment, or ask any questions.
