The service techs were great and were able to quickly find the issue. The challenge was that the repair cost as much as as buying a new dryer so we just paid the service visit fee and chose to forgo the actual repair

I cleaned up all the water on my laundry room floor. I gave him the two beach towels he asked for. Plus there was a roll of paper towels in plain site he didn't use. There was dark dirty water left in my kids crab pail in the laundry room wash tub when he left. Never told me how much the parts or the service call cost. Never gave me any receipt or paper telling me what parts and labor cost was for this job. SEARS service company is the only place that warrenty fixes LG appliances and its the worst ever. No receipt at all? The part was shipped to my house? That has never once happened to me on any service repair we needed in the last 21 years until this week. SEARS needs to start running their company like all the other professional service repair places. No idea how much this parts snd repair cost at all.
