Conrad was efficient, friendly and professional. After diagnosing the problem with the washer, he gave us the possible repair cost. The washer was 11 years old and we didn't want to put that much into it, we decided we should buy a new one. He was good with that. He was very polite. It was a good service call.

Patrick was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable about our frig and the repair to it. I apologize but I forget his trainees name but he also was very helpful and professional. He will be a great asset to sears.

I rate the service technician a 5. Completed repair timely & arrived on time. Pleasant & courteous Your access to your company is terrible. Is only AI driven, can’t speak to a real person. The AI ordered the wrong part & delayed the repair Your technician is great. AI customer service is terrible
