The worst was that we were left with a freezer door and a huge box for us to dispose of. Also bad was that this was the fourth or fifth service to fix the ice maker. We had to devote an entire day each time, and one time the appointment was cancelled at the last moment. Also, too many reminders of a forthcoming visit. The good was that this technician seemed specially knowledgeable and able.
