It is an extreme pleasure to have Jacob come and access the situation with our washing machine. As he has done in the past, he is meticulous with his analysis. We are comfortable as he speaks to us as lay persons but respects our intelligence. He most pleasant, professional and sensitive to our concerns. He is very proficient and efficient and it is amazing to watch him move around and under the machines. We trust him and his ability. The integration of AI into the call is cumbersome and leaves a lot to be desired. A portion of the job call was Jacob waiting for AI to catch up to him. Overall, my wife and I are very pleased with Jacob and Sears Home Service.
