Thomas was great But the responses and action from your people at the call center leave a lot to be desired It took 3 weeks to fix the washing machine that is just over a year old Tell them to stop patronize and stop using the word escalate 8-5 is not an appropriate time window especially when nobody shows up

Repair of treadmill: David arrived later than expected time (11:30), he did call me to tell me he was running late. Once he arrived David worked diligently to repair the treadmill. The repair took longer than expected, because in addition to replacing the motor, the walking belt, and what looked like some sort of electronic "mother board" he also replaced the power cord. David was polite and professional.

Jim was great came in and went right to work and after 20 minutes or so my oven was operational, all went well. Thanks Jim I would recommend him any time. Sears and others however though should dump the AI and get real people back. It is terrible.
