My tech Edward was extremely diligent, patient and nice. I have been waiting for this repair approximately a month & a half (different parts that were ordered had to b reordered) yet, he was pleasant & knowledgeable, which led to my fridge finally being repaired.

Thomas was great But the responses and action from your people at the call center leave a lot to be desired It took 3 weeks to fix the washing machine that is just over a year old Tell them to stop patronize and stop using the word escalate 8-5 is not an appropriate time window especially when nobody shows up
