Our technician was great. Kind, helpful excellent at his job. Sears doesn’t tell you that they don’t take certain credit cards and they don’t take cash. They also didn’t apply the discount code that was the reason for me scheduling them. First and most likely last time I’ll ever use them. So disappointed in Sears
