The technician is excellent, he is prompt and we have no issues with him. Making and appointment takes far too long and the 8am to 5pm time slot is ridiculous. Its impossible to work full time and get your appliances repaired without having to take off of work. Taking off of work (and losing a days pay) should not be the only to repair your appliances. It should be either morning or afternoon time slots as well as weekends.
