Tech was great but Sears sucks after 40 years of buying sears no more was told 10 year warranty on compressor and then told 1 year? $1175 to fix compressor??? Do not buy from Sears . Go to home depot or lowes! The sears we knew is gone!

Thomas was great and knew the issue right away as I shared the problem ahead of time. He had the part on hand. His performance is a 5. However, I am still in shock with the price. The part was #38.00, the labor $299.00 and a $50.00 cleaning fee. Personally, I think the cleaning should have been part of the service. Next time I will shop around but will not take it out on Thomas.
